Follow signs for A6110 and White Rose. Once off the M621, pass Jewson's on your left, then the Drysalter's pub. Turn left at the first roundabout (look for the Sulzer building on your left). Take the first right into Manor Mills Lane. Manor Court will be ahead of you, and Manor Mills is on your left.
From M62
At jct28, follow signs for the White Rose (A653). Straight on at the White Rose pub roundabout. Straight on at the White Rose shopping centre/Sainsbury's roundabout. Straight on at the Arlington Business Centre/White Rose shopping centre roundabout. At the next roundabout, turn right. The Sulzer building will now be on your left. Tirn right into Manor Mills Lne. Manor Court will be ahead of you, and Manor Mills is on your left.
